Hvad sker der efter opskrivning?

EFTER OPSKRIVNING | VENTETID:
Vi kan ikke oplyse noget om hvornår der bliver en ledig plads, for det kræver at nogen stopper før andre kan starte.
For at få oplyst hvilket nummer dit barn står på ventelisten, kan du sende en mail til vores ventelisteadministration på fbventeliste@frederiksberg-boldklub.dk
Man vil modtage et svar indenfor 3-5 hverdage.
Der tages i den forbindelse forbehold for søskenderabat til allerede aktive søskende samt interne opskrivninger, hvis for eksempel en frivillig leder (ej forældretrænere) i klubben har et barn, en nevø eller niece etc., der ønsker at starte til fodbold.
Man kan ikke opskrive sig til et specifikt hold. Man kan heller ikke blive overflyttet til et andet hold, efter at man er startet op. Begge dele er forbundet med for meget administration.
Bliver man tilbudt en ledig plads til et hold man ikke ønsker at spille på, kan man takke 'nej tak' en enkelt gang. Når/hvis man takker 'nej tak', bedes man angive fra hvilken måned/år, man så i stedet ønsker indkaldelse fra. Hvis næste tilbud om opstart heller ikke passer, så fjernes man fra ventelisten.
Efter din opskrivning og betaling til vores venteliste, modtager du en kvittering via e-mail på at du har meldt dit barn på vores venteliste i Frederiksberg Boldklub. Gem denne e-mail, det er dit bevis på at dit barn nu er opskrevet.
NYE KONTAKTOPLYSNINGER:
Skifter du mobilnummer eller e-mailadresse, er det dit eget ansvar at meddele dette til klubbens ventelisteadministration. Dette sker ved at sende en e-mail til adressen: fbventeliste@frederiksberg-boldklub.dk
OPSTARTSPROCEDURE VED LEDIG PLADS:
Når der bliver en ledig plads på et af vores børnehold, modtager man et tilbud om opstart til via en SMS-besked. Denne skal besvares med et 'JA TAK' og med en svarfrist på 24 timer. Hvis man ikke reagerer indenfor 24 timer slettes man fra ventelisten.
Når man har takket 'ja tak' på SMS til en ledig plads, modtager man typisk indenfor 72 timer, en indkaldelse på e-mail med alle øvrige oplysninger, samt en vejledning til indmeldelse i Frederiksberg Boldklub.
I vores børneafdeling (U4 til U10) har vi farvede hold, typisk gul, sort, rød og hvid hold, der hver især består af 16 spillere. Dermed er der plads til i alt 64 spillere på en årgang. Der er ingen forskel på de fire farvede hold, andet end at gult hold oprettes først, dernæst sort, så rød hold og til sidst hvid hold. Man kan ikke opskrive sig til et specifikt farvet hold.
Alle hold på en årgang, træner den samme dag. Man kan se de aktuelle træningstider her i linket. Årgangens tal er hæftet foran selve det farvede hold (Eksempel på årgang 2015: 15-gul, 15-sort, 15-rød og 15-hvid)
INDMELDELSE:
Før dit barn kan møde op, skal der foretages en indmeldelse inklusive betaling af indmeldelsesgebyr samt en obligatorisk startpakke bestående en FB-taske, FB-kamptrøje, shorts, FB-strømper samt en FB-drikkedunk.
Startpakken kan tilbagebetales, hvis dit barn inden 3 uger efter opstartsdato, stopper sit medlemskab igen. Tilbagebetalingen er under forudsætning af, at startpakken leveres retur til klubben - også selvom den er taget i brug. Vejledningen til hvordan man henter startpakken og får den udleveret, vil stå i selve indkaldelsen man modtager efter at have takket 'JA TAK' til en ledig plads.
Perioden på 3 uger betragtes som prøveperiode. Med andre ord, kan man ikke komme til prøvetræning inden man tilbydes en ledig plads.
Når man har været i gang i 3 uger (der er lig med prøvetid/prøvetræning) aktiveres man helt i vores medlemssystem og der trækkes kontingent fra ens tilmeldte betalingskort, naturligvis med forudgående notifikation om trækningen via e-mail.

TRÆNINGSDAGE OG TIDER:
Vi gør opmærksom på at træningstider kan variere. Det samme kan dagene også. Vi kan ikke garantere at tider og dage, sæson efter sæson mens dit barn er aktiv spiller, er de samme. Er det tilfældet adviseres man i passende tid inden en kontingentbetaling.

What happens after enrolment?
AFTER ENROLMENT | WAITING TIME:
We can't tell you when a place will become available, because it requires someone to stop before someone else can start.
To find out which number your child is on the waiting list, you can send an email to our waiting list administration at fbventeliste@frederiksberg-boldklub.dk
You will receive a reply within 3-5 working days.
Reservations are made for sibling discounts for already active siblings and internal enrolments if, for example, a volunteer leader (not parent coaches) in the club has a child, nephew or niece etc. who wants to start playing football.
You cannot sign up for a specific team. Nor can you transfer to another team once you have started playing football. Both are associated with too much administration.
If you are offered a free spot on a team you don't want to play on, you can say 'no thanks' once. When/if you decline, please indicate from which month/year you would like to be notified instead. If the next start-up offer is also not suitable, you will be removed from the waiting list.
After your enrolment and payment to our waiting list, you will receive a receipt via email that you have enrolled your child on our waiting list at Frederiksberg Boldklub. Save this email, it is your proof that your child is now enrolled.

START-UP PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF A VACANCY:
When a place becomes available in one of our teams you will receive an offer to join via an SMS text. This must be answered with a 'YES THANKS' within 24 hours. If you don't respond within 24 hours, you will be removed from the waiting list.
Once you have said ‘YES THANKS’ to a vacancy via SMS, you will typically receive an invitation by email within 72 hours with all other information and instructions for joining Frederiksberg Boldklub.
In our children's section (U4 to U10) we have coloured teams, typically yellow, black, red and white teams, each consisting of 18 players. This means that there is room for a total of 72 players in one year group. There is no difference between the four coloured teams, other than that yellow team is created first, then black, then red and finally white. You cannot sign up for a specific team.
All teams in a year group train on the same day. You can see the current training times here in the link. The year is stapled in front of the coloured team (Example of year 2015: 15-yellow, 15-black, 15-red and 15-white)
REGISTRATION:
Before your child can attend a team, a registration must be completed, including payment of the registration fee and a mandatory starter pack consisting of an FB bag, FB match jersey, shorts, FB socks and an FB water bottle.
The starter pack costs DKK 600,00 and the registration fee costs DKK 150,00. The enrolment fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of membership.
REFUND OF THE STARTER PACK:
The starter pack can be refunded if your child cancels their membership again within 3 weeks of the start date. The refund is subject to the condition that the starter pack is returned to the club - even if it has been used. Instructions on how to pick up the starter pack and receive it will be included in the invitation you receive after accepting a vacant spot.
TRIAL TRAINING:
The 3-week period is considered a trial period. In other words, you cannot come for a trial training before you are offered an available spot.
If your child still does not want to play football after starting, the club must be notified at fb@frederiksberg-boldklub.dk. It is important that this is done before the 3 weeks have expired, otherwise we will send out a membership fee collection and will not refund the starter pack.
MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT:
Once you have been running for 3 weeks (which is equal to a trial period), you are fully activated in our membership system and the membership fee is deducted from your registered payment card, of course with prior notification of the deduction via email.

TRAINING DAYS AND TIMES:
Please note that training times may vary. The same can happen with the days. We cannot guarantee that times and days, season after season, while your child is an active player, will be the same. If this is the case, you will be notified in time before a payment.
